AVEK summer schedule in 2023

Support decisions are not made between June 28th and August 6th. Applications can be submitted as usual throughout the summer.

Decisions will be made on script grant, project grant, and production company applications submitted by the end of April before the summer break. If a decision cannot be made on an application, a production commissioner will contact the applicant. Applications can be submitted throughout the summer, but no decisions will be made between June 28th and August 6th.

Payments regarding contracts signed with AVEK by June 15th will be made in June.

Regarding final reports, any remaining payments will be made in June if the final report is submitted to our application system by June 15th and it can be accepted without additional clarification.

Our office will be closed from July 3rd to August 7th, 2023.
