We represent a large group of creative authors, such as writers, visual artists, translators, actors, directors and journalists. We ensure that authors and publishers receive proper compensation for the use of their works.

We distribute copyright remunerations to rightsholders

We distribute copyright remunerations to authors directly and via our member organisations. Remunerations collected from the use of audiovisual works are primarily distributed as individual remunerations to the authors and performers of these works.

Remunerations for the copying of books, newspapers, magazines and works published online are distributed to our member organisations that forward them to authors and publishers in the form of various grants and awards, for instance.
