Other instructions for the use of TV programmes in education

  • Please indicate the name, duration, broadcast date and allowed period of use (e.g. 2 years as specified in the instructions) of the programme in every recording.
  • Outdated and obsolete programmes must be removed from usage.
  • You need a separate license to show a video or DVD film in class. The educational institution can obtain a Film License for showing domestic and foreign films from M&M Viihdepalvelu Oy.
  • Purchased, lent or rented recordings, such as phonograms, cassette tapes for learning a language or films on VHS or DVD, cannot be copied for educational use.
  • Recordings produced on the basis of our licence cannot ever be used for other purposes than education and research.
